What is the Dream Team?
The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Host Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Student Ministries Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Service Experience Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Life Group—we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.
This team is all about one thing: serving God by serving His people. If you desire a life filled with joy and growth and community, come join the team!
Our Mission
Our Mission The mission of the Dream Team is to build the body of Christ by each person fulfilling their calling and serving to make an eternal difference.
[Jesus], being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made Himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to death — even death on a cross! PHILIPPIANS 2:6-8, NIV
CARE– As our Dream Team grows with the growth of our church, we are continually aware that God will build His Church! One main goal for the Team is to create a community of care, acceptance and warmth for all of our guests attending a worship experience. Another goal is for the team to maintain a community of support, encouragement and prayer covering so that each member can be led to a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. We strive to maintain a life group feel within each of our teams, realizing that for many, their service team is their small group. Through pre-service meetings, team appreciation parties, leadership development meetings and more, we are cultivating the seeds of relationships.
They devoted themselves to the apostle’s teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer…All the believers were together and had everything in common…Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. ACTS 2:42-47, NIV

Areas of Service
First Responders
This unit of health care providers serves to triage basic medical attention to our guests in the event of an accident or emergency at RLC.
Greeters
This friendly team loves people and makes them feel at home here at RLC. They welcome guests with a smile, encouragement and personal touch so that hearts are open to the Gospel message.
Hospitality
This energetic team serves by providing a hot cup of coffee and connecting with guests through a warm conversation and an authentic welcome.
Hope Cafe
This team faithfully serves those attend RLC each week by connecting everyone with food and missions. All the money made from our cafe goes to support local, national, and international missions. With amazing food, warm conversation, and a delightful environment, they are helping the RLC community change lives both here and around the world.
Growth Track Team
As the official hosts of Next Steps, this team greets the guests as well as coordinates materials, refreshments and assistance throughout this weekly event.
KidsLife
This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. Through worship, videos, skits, life groups, greeting, games and more, this team intentionally invests in the lives of our children.
RLC Worship
With vocals or instruments, this dynamic team serves to prepare the way for our guests to encounter the Presence of the Living God.
Kids Check-In
As families arrive at our KidsLife and Preschool/Nursery areas, this team welcomes them and facilitates the computer check-in process that ensures children are cared for effectively and efficiently.
Facilities Team
This amazing team cares for the RLC campus in terms cleaning, maintenance, and maintaining excellence.
Parking Team
This fun and enjoyable team is truly the first impression of RLC! If you relish the great outdoors, look good in a uniform, and enjoy telling people where to go, this is the team for you!
Life Group Leader
We believe that real life change takes place in the context of relationships. As a Life Group Leader, you have the greatest opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your passions, develop your gifts and live out the Great Commission.

These mighty men prepare people for a positive worship experience by welcoming and assisting them to a seat, facilitating the offering and maintaining a distraction-free environment.
